Purposes for which the YAAE is organized and will be operated are as follows:

a-   To contribute, along with the efforts of the authorities concerned, to promoting the scientific level of its members;

b-   To furnish its members with chances for the pursuit of the scientific research and encourage continuous education;

c-   To deepen trust and strengthen ties of fellowship, and establish traditions of career between members;

d-   To contribute to promoting the health level of the Yemeni people in prevention and treatment;

To contribute to the activities in conjunction with the equivalent Arab and international associations to get the YAAE scientific objectives realized.
